    FAQs

We’re very excited you’ve decided to apply for our programs. To assist you during the process here’s some important information:

All of our prospective students complete the application form, along with a $20 fee. If you are applying for the Adult Faith Formation and Parish Leadership program, you’ll also need to get two letters of recommendation. One from your current Pastor, and the second one preferably from someone who’s worked with you in a parish setting. If you are applying for the Adult Faith Formation program or auditing, there is no need for the recommendation letters.

There is no application process for those interested in Essentials of the Catholic Faith/Catechist Formation, you’ll just need to register.

We make things easy for you. We take cash, checks, and credit cards. If your parish is sponsoring your tuition, we can invoice them directly.

First you’ll need to complete the application form. Once we have received your application and recommendation letters, we’ll call you for an interview with our Director. After the interview, we will send you a payment agreement form. This form shows the different payment plans we have available.

One of our main goals is to make our programs accessible to everyone. There are a variety of options available to pay your tuition. You can make one lump sum payment prior to starting your classes (August 1st), of you could choose one of our flexible plans – 2 payments, half of tuition due prior to starting classes (August 1st), and the other half by January 31st. Or you could choose our most flexible plan – 4 payments throughout the year, due August 1st, October 31st, January 31st and March 31st.

For your convenience, we offer automatic payment authorization. You authorize us to charge your credit card automatically on the dates you agreed on. If you prefer not to pay automatically, we will be happy to send you an invoice.

If you need a different payment plan please contact our office and we’ll be happy to discuss it with you.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer scholarships at this time. We encourage you to speak to your Pastor. Some parishes might have the resources to offer tuition assistance.

If you are unable to continue with the program, we ask that you please notify us in writing. The academic year full tuition will be divided by 10 and each full month of class not attended will be refunded (each month being regarded as 1/10 of full tuition.) You have 2 academic years to come back and complete your studies and still receive credit for the classes you’ve taken.
